Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By using www.marjoriedentalcad.com (the "site") or signing up for anything on it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The site is run by Marjorie de Andrade, trading as Marjorie Dental CAD ("I", "me"). How I handle your personal data is explained in my Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

2. Free tools are a design aid, not clinical advice

The free tools on the site, including any calculator, are references for dental professionals planning a smile design. They are not medical or dental advice.

  • Results are estimates based on the numbers you enter and general proportion guidelines. Every patient is different.
  • You are responsible for every clinical decision, diagnosis and treatment, and for checking any result against your own professional judgment.
  • Using a tool does not create a professional or patient relationship with me.

3. Signing up and acceptable use

Some tools ask you to sign up. When you do, the information you give must be true and your own, and your access is personal: please do not share it.

You agree not to:

  • copy, scrape or resell the site, its content or its tools;
  • try to reverse engineer a tool or get around its sign-up;
  • sign up with fake details or with automated scripts;
  • use the site in a way that breaks the law or harms the site or other people.

If you break these terms, I may end your access.

4. Intellectual property

Everything on the site belongs to me or is used with permission: texts, case photos, designs, images, the logo and the tools. You may view and use it for your own professional reference. You may not copy, publish or use it commercially without my written permission.

exocad is a trademark of exocad GmbH. Other names and marks belong to their owners.

5. Waiting list, services and other platforms

  • Joining my waiting list does not guarantee a spot or a date. I contact people as spots open.
  • Any design work or training I do for you is covered by our own agreement, not by these terms.
  • Links to other sites and platforms (for example, where my courses run) follow those sites' own terms. I am not responsible for their content.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and its free tools are offered "as is", without any guarantee that they are error-free or always available. I may change or remove a tool at any time.

As far as the law allows, I am not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or a tool, including clinical outcomes or decisions based on a result. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law of your country does not allow me to limit.

7. Changes, law and contact

Changes. I may update these terms. The new version is published here with a new date, and using the site after that means you accept it.

Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without taking away any protection the law of your country gives you.
