Privacy Policy
1. Who I am
I am Marjorie de Andrade, and I am responsible for the personal data collected on www.marjoriedentalcad.com (the "site"). In legal terms, I am the data controller.

- Privacy contact: info@marjoriedentalcad.com. Every privacy request is answered. Under Brazil's LGPD, this is also the channel of the person in charge of data protection (encarregado).
This policy covers the site, its forms and free tools, and the emails I send from them. Courses and communities I offer on third-party platforms follow those platforms' own privacy policies.
2. What I collect
I only collect what you type into a form, plus the minimum needed to prove your consent and keep the site running.

No advertising cookies, no tracking. The site does not use advertising cookies, analytics tools or social media pixels. It stores only three small notes on your device, all needed for it to work: your language choice (English or Portuguese), in a cookie; that you already signed up for a free tool, so you do not have to sign up again; and, during your visit only, the page and campaign link you came from, which is erased when you close the browser tab. If that ever changes, I will update this policy and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.
3. Why I use it
I use your data only for the purpose you gave it to me, and I never sell it. The table shows each purpose and the legal basis under the EU GDPR and Brazil's LGPD.

When you sign up for a free tool or join my waiting list, you also receive my emails. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click and keep your access.
4. Marketing emails
I send marketing emails to people who sign up for my free tools or join my waiting list, as stated on the sign-up form. If you join the waiting list for a specific course, I only write to you about that course.
- Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. One click removes you, and I stop within 10 business days at the latest (usually right away).
- Every email shows who it is from and my postal address.
- After you unsubscribe, I keep only your email address on a suppression list, so I never email you by mistake again.
- Emails about something you asked for (access to a free tool, a reply to your message) are not marketing.
5. Who processes it for me
Service providers handle data on my behalf. They may only use it to provide their service to me.

International transfers. Your data may be processed outside your country, including in Brazil, the United States and the European Union. I only use providers that protect transfers with safeguards recognized by the GDPR and the LGPD, such as standard contractual clauses. You can ask me for the names of these providers at info@marjoriedentalcad.com.
I do not share your data with anyone else, except if a law or a court order requires it.
6. How long I keep it
I keep your data only while it is useful for the purpose you gave it, then I delete or anonymize it.

You can ask me to delete your data earlier at any time (see section 7).
7. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can email info@marjoriedentalcad.com and I will answer within 15 days.
You can ask me to:
- confirm whether I hold data about you and send you a copy;
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your data, or anonymize it;
- send your data to you or to another service in a common format (portability);
- stop or limit a use of your data, or object to it;
- tell you who I have shared your data with;
- withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect what I did before you withdrew it.
I may ask you to confirm your identity before I act, so no one else can get your data.
If you are not happy with my answer, you can complain to a data protection authority: in Brazil, the ANPD (Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados); in the European Union, the authority of your country.
If you live in the United States, you have these same rights with me. I do not sell or share your personal data for advertising.
8. Security, children and changes
Security. Data travels encrypted (HTTPS). Form submissions are stored in a database that the public cannot read, and only authorized people can access it. If a breach ever puts your data at risk, I will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
Children. The site is for dental professionals. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and I do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes. If I change this policy, I will publish the new version here with a new date. If a change affects how I use data you already gave me, I will tell you by email and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent again.
